Redownloaded and installed full version GSX but no updated manual!

Hi!

    When Win10 updated the other day I lost access to GSX in FSX.  I tried update but the notice told me I needed to install base package so I downloaded and reinstalled the GSX full package for FSX.  But when I tried to find the manual I could only find an older copy dated 10/2019.  Is that the latest?  If not, how can I obtain the most recent manual for GSX for FSX?

Yes, that's the latest version. Some new features were added, but we haven't got the time to update the manual, you should check the latest release notes:
