Yes, we need to know which aircraft developer. Some of them already have a GSX configuration built in, in which case, this shouldn't be happening. Others don't, in which case you need to create them.

In this case it would be Airbus A320 Azul PA developed by Aviação Arte.

As I understand it does not have the built-in GSX configuration so I must create them. Could you help me how to create please?

Yes, look at the GSX manual page 52.

I checked the manual on page 52 and was able to solve the problem.
GSX.CFG was created and now all ground equipment is activated when requested. Thank you very much.
