Floating Jetways

I am using FSX acc.
Jetways are seen high above the ground FLOATING in the air !!. how to fix it. 
I have removed default jetways (.bgl) files of fsx.
please guide and advice

Captain Kevin:
Go to the airport in question, then go into the GSX parking editor, on the top right corner, click on the airplane icon. That should fix the elevation issue and solve it.
