GSX Baggage loaders

Hi, I was just wondering if there’s a way or a setting to keep the baggage loaders at the plane after deboarding, because once deboarding is done they reverse away from the plane until boarding is called.
I remember a while ago that they only reversed away when the cargo doors were closed, is this not the case any more ?

Too me its not that big of a deal to call them back up. Or possibly have a turn selection, to tell them your turning the aircraft around, so that they'll be ready reload the aircraft. I could see that possibly. To me its not really a big deal to call them back up though.

From what I remember Umberto saying, they did that to prevent the other vehicles from colliding into them, or something like that.
