Fuel Truck not coming or coming very late

There was another instance when this happened and I checked the camera to see if the fuel truck was around. It wasn't. It was still stuck on fuel service requested. In addition, I wasn't the one who said I waited for 20 minutes, that was somebody else who did that. I certainly don't have time to sit and wait for 20 minutes, especially since I was running a live stream and on a tight schedule.

In the above video where this happened, it was the PMDG Boeing 747-400, LatinVFR Miami, gate E11.

actually I just made this observation:
- QW787 at Gate 564 at Simwings EGLL (P3Dv5)
- did catering first, then called Fuel truck
- for over 10 minutes, the fuel truck seemed stuck (text said not "on it's way" but stayed at "requested"
- reset GSX and called truck again - it came after about 5 minutes

So there seems to be cases, where the fuel truck just won't start driving.
