Passenger Load not matching PMDG aircraft

I did a search, but did not see anything on this.  When I pre-flight my PMDG, using P3D v4.5, with applicable hotfixes, I enter in the number of passengers on the FMS, say 10 in First Class and 130 in Economy, for a total of 140 passengers.   However, when I get to the point of GSX loading my passengers, it shows my total as 180 or so.  How do I get GSX to use the load numbers I am entering?  There used to be a way to give the total on the green bar in GSX when you requested loading, but I no longer see that.

and of course it's also explained on the manual, which explains how GSX estimate the number of passengers, and how you can override that by disabling the "Estimate passenger number" option, so you can set the exact number manually.

In several of those threads, it also explained how aircraft developers CAN communicate the number of passengers to GSX, which is not possible in any other way, since the simulator doesn't have a standard variable for it, it's a kind of data internal to the airplane custom simulation that GSX cannot read, unless the airplane developers explicitly set a shared variable GSX can read, which is what several developers already do, like FS Labs, Aerosoft or Leonardo, which DO work together with GSX to make this seamless.
