SODE autodock jetways question

What would be the proper procedure to activate autodock jetways via the SODE menu, and then still have GSX use the jetbridge to board passengers? Currently if I enable auto-dock jetways, GSX will board via the stairs and sends a bus to the plane, yet the jetbridge is docked.

Are you referring to the user airplane or AI ?

Not possible to help you with a more precise description of the problem. Which airport you use ? Which kind of jetways it comes with ?
