After Marshalled Park Hung Waiting for Other Services

In P3Dv5 when parking at a GSX configured parking spot such as KIAH E19 with a marshaller I am unable to use jetway and get a message from GSX that it is waiting for other services to complete.  What might those other services be?  I've selected a parking spot when downwind, parking at the spot selected, got a message that says very good parking but can't go any further in the flow.  What might that be and how can I work around it other than restarting couatl?  Thanks.

Does it happen if you select a parking after landing ?

Ah right... I forgot about that.  Yes, it only happens when parking is selected before landing.  Thanks for reminder.
