GSX MENU TRIAL MODE ONLY EVEN WHEN ACTIVATED

Hi,

Somewhat like and earlier poster, I have GSX level 2 registered in P3DV5 but when I open the menu it is for the trial mode only.  If I also activate GSX, the menu stays in trial mode, however, when I do this on next load of a scenario or starting a flight P3D crashes to desktop.

I attach a screenshot of the registered GSX level 2.

P3DV5 is being run in administrator mode; live update has been run more than once; there are no compatibility issues with P3D that I can identify.

I note that you gave help to the earlier poster via e-mail.

Help would be appreciated in this instance please.

The Trial mode menu you are seeing it's the one for GSX. Activating GSX Level 2 won't also activate the base GSX, they are separate products, and must be activated separately, each one with its own activation key.
