Missing Files on Re-Installing GSX

Hi,
I am having a problem re-installing GSX Level 2 and SODE - the latter appears not to be working at all. When I load GSX I get a warning message that 3 files (Openal32.dll, python27.dll and alnl.ddl) cannot be found and re-installation of GSX may solve the problem; however, when I check the Couatl folder in Addons all 3 are present.  With SODE I'm not getting any indication that it is down loading nor does it show in the Add-ons list. No Jetways are showing in airports scenery!
Any help and advice would be appreciated.

- Be sure you use the current installer

- Be sure you disable the firewall while installing

- Be sure you configure the antivirus to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder

- Reinstall GSX again using the latest installer, and be sure you don't see any warnings/errors while installing and during the Live Update, indicating either your firewall is still blocking the download, or your antivirus is still preventing the correct execution of the programs.
