[P3Dv4.5 / SODE 1.7] Jetway Undock when calling "Pushback"

Hi Umberto,

looks like GSX does not un-dock SODE Jetways if there are docked by SODE automatically. Sure this can be prevented by disable this feature in SODE but would be very great if GSX would undock these Jetways as well.
