No audio heard now

I have enabled full audio, within the settings but nothing heard now?
Only messages on the screen as to what is being said.   Help please?

What do you mean with "enabled full audio" ? In GSX ? Are you sure you selected the same device as you Windows audio device ? Is the setting reports no errors ?

Yes, I am seeing the contact text across the top of the screen but not hearing the audio message.

Yes Umberto. Sometimes it works and others, not.
