Question about Jetways

Hello,

one question:

I have a Position with a Jetway. IN Gsx it is set up not to use Stars ( Disable staircases )
But when i have connected the Jetway to the airplane and then ( as of any reason ) must do a "Reset Position" from the GSX Menü and when
i after that request Boarding or Deboarding, why is GSX then asking to open the AFT PAX ? ( there is no Jetway and no Stair )

I tried it now, and it doesn't happen. This is what I did:

- Went to an airport in which I replaced default jetways with GSX jetways ( I assumed this is what you mean with "I have a Position with a Jetway. IN GSX" ), in this case it was Simwings LEMD, Gate 71

- Select "Disable Staircase" in the parking customization page. Pressed Apply.

- Selected Deboarding. Jetway menu came, docked to Exit 1, no rear stairs appeared and the only door request I got was for the main Exit 1, as expected

- While passengers were still exiting, I chose "Reset Position"

- Selected Deboarding again. Jetway menu came, docked to Exit 1, no rear stairs  appeared and the only door request I got was for the main Exit 1, as expected

i maybe did not explain good enough...sorry

Let the Jetway connected to the airplain, do not disconnect it after reseting the position.
That is it maybe.

Later this evening i will do a little video, so you can see it better.

oh je...i think it was my mistake....
I have installed a EDDP AddOn Scenery which have SODE Jetways, but not GSX SODE Jetways...
With Sode jetways it is possible that the Jetway stays connected to the Airplane if you reset the position in GSX.
But with GSX Jetways that is not possible...
