Refueling Probe always extended flickering

Installed the latest beta version 18.4.65p3dv4 and the refueling probe is halfway extended, going in and out a bit as if it was shaken by the wind (see pic).

How can i fix this?
How can i move the refueling probe? I found the switch on the left. But this seems only to open the traffic/refueling window.

Found the solution. The probe is assigned to my throttle rx axis which is currently assigned to the propeller axis.
