MICROSOFT .NET FRAMEWORK ERROR

Good evening, I'm trying to re-install gsx, I downloaded the new installer, but at the end of the installation this error appears and I can't complete the installation
this is my order number and the date of purchase: order number: STxxxxx
placed 9/11/2018 9:12:04
