Not seeing anything different after installing GSX 2

Hello forum. I have purchased and activated the expansion product but see nothing different from the base product. I am flying the Majestic Q400.  What should I be getting from GSX 2?

Visible passengers and replacement SODE jetways in all default aiports, and the ability to customized them. That's what GSX L2 does. Of course, assuming your airplane configuration is correct. I strongly suggest reading the manual first, which highlights all the changes in GSX L2.

Thank you. I did another flight this morning and am pleased to report that I am now seeing passengers disembarking. I don't know why it started to work but am happy now.
