Jetway nearby the planes not visible

Hi!

My English is not the best, so I hope, i am able to explain my problem properly.

I am using the P3Dv4.3

When I am parking and sitting in my cockpit ( PMDG 737 or Aerosoft Airbus A321 professional), all the structures which are nearby the plane are not visible.
For example, when there is a jetway of a third party airport connected to the exit of my plane, the first meter nearby the plan is invisible and I can look through and see the things left behind of my plane. The other parts of the jetway are shown correctly. When the passengers leave the plane (GSX) i will see them just when they step down the stairs.
I wrote already to Lockheed Martin but they told me to ask in this forum.


Does anyone has an Idee if this is a problem with GSX and if yes what i am doing wrong?
