Couatl crashing at SKBO

Subject says it all. And I cant seem to fix the issue. I did try a reinstall and got a RegCreateKeyEx failed: Code 5. Access is denied
I tried to install as Administrator and got the same thing. Strange, the only airport I have an issue is VirtualCol SKBO.

A reinstall is surely not needed, since that is likely a problem of the scenery. In any case, try a reinstall after a Windows restart, to be sure the installation completes correctly.

Then, please post the error detail log that comes from GSX on that airport.

I did manage to fix the issue at SKBO, but I still can't do a re install of GSX. Same issue. I'll do a windows restart and try again. I'll let you know what it says. The SKBO thing was an error in the ini file. Took me some time to figure it out.
