Have no idea what I'm doing to edit this airport. The default jetways still show up. I know it's getting updated but has anyone implemented GSX level 2 with ORD?

Editing KORD is no different than editing any other 3rd party scenery with custom animated jetways using CTRL+J. See the video tutorial on the GSX section.
