I finally finished KPHX  with the new "Crystal" Jetways and fully compatible with GSX2.  Just download the zip file from this link:

And follow the included instructions.  Enjoy!  Note: Use at your own risk, this is experimental, now warranties or support.

Also note: you need to change the first entry on the .ini file to your local AFCAD path.  I run my P3d from the root of C Drive.
