You need to Assign your doors to X1234 that will open each door for you hope that helps.

but i think the door animation is maybe configured in the mld file?

Exactly, there's no way to separate the passenger back door from the service doors on the right side of the default 737 without recompiling/tweaking the .MDL file, to assign a different control variable to them.

I think this should be possible with the ModelConverterX utility
