Add on manager not needed?

Hello. The GSX product page says just the FSDT live update is needed. Is that true if I own around 5 or 6 FSDT Airports as well? I would hate to delete the add on manager if the FSDT airports still requires it.

The GSX product page says that, if you install a fairly recent version of any FSDT product (anything released since 2017), thanks to the new Live Update system, which can keep everything updated, there's no need to download and install the Stand-Alone Addon Manager separately.

That doesn't mean the products don't require it anymore, it only means you don't have to install it separately, because it will be kept updated by the Live Update.
