Unable to Install GSX

 When trying to install Gsx getting a message couatl.exe - System Error ' The program can't start because api-ms-win-cert-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.
Any help would be much appreciated

The error is unrelated to GSX and indicates a problem with one of your VC++ runtime libraries, see here:
