Installing Level 2 over the existing GSX?

can i install GSX Level 2 (full installer) over the existing GSX?
Or is it recomned to deinstall GSX and then install GSX Level2?

Doesn't make any difference. If it did, we would have the new installer suggesting to uninstall the old GSX first or, better yet, doing that for you.
