I have 8 cities with this:  Active but not installed in the Scenery Library.
I can open the Scenery Library. What do I need to do next.

I have installed all products except KCLT. The serial has two o's, letter or number.
Can you email me the invoice, order STxxxxxx ,dated 6/4/7. I'll copy and paste the invoice number,

First, you should NEVER post your order number in public, because someone might see it and steal your serial number!

In any case, there's a procedure clearly explained on the FAQ page of our site, to retrieve your purchase receipt, especially considering you already have your Order Number.
