Only getting rear airstairs?

So i park at ANY airport at ANY stand, and i request boarding/deboarding but i only get 1 set of airstairs on the rear. I am using addon aircraft but it doesn't change if i use the stock ones/repaints of stock ones. Help?

Maybe that parking has a jetway, which you can't see, because you see the Scenery Complexity slider too low. The GSX parking customization editor will tell you if there's a jetway.

However, when a parking space says it has a jetway when it doesnt, i check 'No jetway' but it doesn't save, can you inform me on how to save the option?

It surely does save the option. Be sure to press the "Apply" button.
