Can waiting position of pushback truck be changed?

Hello,
it happens very often that a part of the pushback truck is
parked within a close building or in the way of ai vehicle traffic.
Can I modify the parking position of the pushback truck myself,
so that it is somehow closer to the a/c?

Sure, you can change the starting position for every vehicle. See the GSX Manual, starting at page 32:
