...also if you don't have this file "CVX_KLAS.BGL.OFF"....no worries.  Disregard it and move on.  Onece you are done you need to go to Orbx Central.  Then to Vectors, click Control Panel,  go to Airport Elevation  Corrections, then exclude KLAS, lastly click apply.  Then you should be good.

i think its the COUATL module cause i don't see it in my menu.

If you are missing the Couatl menu, you won't have the same problem discussed here, which shows elevation problems in the scenery, but you will miss the WHOLE airport.

There are so many threads about missing Couatl or Addon Manager menu so, please, read the forum for the possible solutions. The most common cause is the antivirus, which must be disabled and configured to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder from scanning.
