Fuel Truck Placement
« on: November 15, 2017, 06:23:11 pm »
Hello, a few sessions ago the fuel truck began parking under the right wing of my Airbus sim, when it had always parked under the left wing. Furthermore, it never leaves after the refueling is complete, which means the baggage/cargo trucks pass right through the fuel truck, or vice versa. Can this be fixed?

Thanks,
Larry D

This is not a bug, of course, but an improvement which has been suggested by users.

If the fuel position height you configured for an airplane is too low for the fuel truck (3.40 meters it's the lowest it can go), the fuel truck will appear on the same SIDE your refuel position has been set, but on the outside of the wing, not below.

In previous versions, it always went on the same side, ignoring the actual refuel point specified in the airplane configuration page so, it's more correct now, because you can now control the positioning, even if the refueling point for that airplane is set too low.

So, in order to have the fuel truck positioned where you want, you must:

1) configure the refuel position

AND

2) be sure it's higher than 3.40 meters, which is surely feasible on an Airbus.
