Coatl run mistake!

Good evening! After long time I have run my FSX but it can not show the Ground Service at all. I have reinstall the GXS and Addon Manager. After that it can not work correctly with all your products and when FSX loading it shows mistake message (" api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll missing on this computer ") I will add the screen of that msg. Please, tell me what is wrong and what I have to do? Thank you for your support!

The problem doesn't have anything to do with our products, which are just the victim of a configuration problem of your VC++ libraries, likely caused by other software.
