couatl crash when P3Dv4 load

 ??? after running fsdt live Update, Couatl crashe when i run P3Dv4 with with a message (0xc000007b)
I deinstall all my products fsdt and reinstall all with the last version of installers the same probleme. so all my products dont work.
What i have to do ?
