Scenery Install

For someone computer literate this is probably going to turnout really dumb.  After running the install of the Hawaiian Scenery nothing shows up anywhere.  Scenery Library doesn't have anything, and nothing is visible in sim obviously.
I have Prepar3dv3 in C:\Prepar3dv3.   The Addon directory goes into C:\Program Filesx86\Addon Manager just fine.
I am missing a step here somewhere?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry but, I tried just now, and I cannot reproduce the problem. Which precise, exact, version of P3D V3 you have ?
