No buildings for Greystone (17FL), just black outlines

For some reason there are no buildings are appearing after I installed the 17FL freeware, just black outlines where the buildings should be.  There are still static aircraft however.

Do you have KORD installed and active ? As explained on the website, Greystone is a free bonus to KORD owners, and it will not work if KORD is not installed and activated.

I have KORD and O'hare installed and active, but there are still are black boxes visible in the game, what can I do to fix this issue?
