Strange Lighting At KSFO

Hello.

At 1230lcl in KSFO in the real world would the lighting look like this?

What is causing this?  Sorry for posting this here, there is no KSFO forum.

Is your problem happening only using the Time Preview ? If yes, it's normal.

I used time review to have a time marker for the post. It happens all the time but I will rename the bgl
