No deboarding or Boarding sounds.

So I have installed GSX for FSX SE, however after numerous attempts and searching there is no deboarding or boarding sounds. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled and I found a GSX folder but there is no Sounds folder. I paid for this and I am not getting what I paid for.

Do you mean you have ALL the other sounds from GSX, except the boarding sounds ? Are you sure you are not using a cargo airplane ? That would explain why they don't play, of course.

If you are using the current version of the installer, all GSX sounds are located in the same folder, the Addon Manager\Couatl\GSX\Sounds.
