I'm apologize for too later reply.
Is my understanding, Conflict RJCJ problem is fixed in newest TechnoBrain RJCC scenery version.
But if continued this problem, Please trying edit to RJCJ bgl file.
(See these procedure. But cannot guarantee to completely fix.)
1. In ADE, open RJCJ_ADEX_TB.bgl
2. Go to "File" -> "Properties"
3. Using "Set by Drag", moving "Location" to about 10km west.
4. Compiling bgl. (remember bgl backup)

By looking into the .ini files they have provided it does not come with GSX2 jetways. Only vehicle and parking positions
