Loading Ground Services into other airports

How do I load Ground Services into other airports?

You just go there, and use it. The registered version, of course. The Trial works only on FSDT airports + 3 other default airports.

I live in the United States so I have gone to the San Francisco Airport and used the program.  I am also aware of the 3 other airports that I could go to in order to use Ground Services.  My understanding was that we could also load these Ground Services into other airports.  Is that not the case?

As I've said, with the registered version. When the program is still in Trial, because you haven't activated, it will work only on FSDT airports + 3 other default airports.
