Serial help needed from FSDT

I emailed FSDT about a week ago, asking for help with my key, and they never responded to me. I am in the transition from FSX to P3D v4, and when I went to activate GSX, it says the serial is black listed. I just want to know how to get it off the black list so I can enjoy the product I bought.
