Prepar3dv4 KLAX installation-invalid product **SOLVED**

Failsafe:
Hello,
I've just installed Prepar3dV4.  I also tried installing KLAX however after adding my activation code I get a message saying that it is an invalid product.

Any suggestions?

Just to update.  I was using the wrong activation code.  Found the receipt and re-entered the code and all is good.
