two add on managers in menu bar

I just purchased KCLT, after installing, I realized it defaulted to my SSD. I drug the folder to the hard drive (D:, probably not a wise choice to do it that way.) Now after deactivating all of my fs dreamteam sceneries since the paths could not be located, I am reinstalling one at a time starting with CLT. After installing CLT for the 2nd time, it is not appearing when loading fsx game. In my menu bar there are two add on managers, the old version 3.x.x and the new 4. x. How do I get this issue corrected and just reinstall my airports from scratch? I am not sure how to remove the older add on manager from the menu bar, I believe that is why CLT is not loading.

As far as the other older airports, do I re download them from the website so they come with the latest add on managers?

Do not move ANYTHING manually.

- Uninstall everything from the Windows Control Panel, reply YES to the question "Do you want to remove the Addon Manager ?"

- Reinstall everything
