It's not down for everybody, it depends on which alternate server you are redirected to, to handle load balancing.
There are about 50 people download it now, just wait a little bit, it will eventually come up again by itself.
Try to remove all cookies from mediafire.com in your browser, this might force the download to switch to a different server (the bandwidth provider we use have several redundant servers) and the other one might work.
