GSX - Refuel while boarding

For the extra realism, we need the ability to refuel while boarding.

When will this feature be available.

We changed the logic to allow refueling *after* Boarding, but refueling *while* Boarding will cause too many problems with vehicles interfering with each other and, if we had the fuel truck waiting for the baggage loader or stairs to go away in order to prevent this, it won't be very different than just selecting the two service in a queue, which you do already.
