I pulled into Gate B 37 at FT KBOS this morning and the marshaller was in the terminal. Can someone share a config file for this airport? Thank you

I should also mention that pushback has issues over here as well

The marshaller should be easily fixable by using the "Max Marshaller distance" parameter in the editor, possibly on a group of similar parkings, in order to speed up the process.

What are the pushback problems, exactly ?

If I remember correctly, some of the parking spots in the AFCAD aren't connected to nodes so GSX can't push left or right. It should still offer straight back, though.

No, the parking nodes should always be connected to the rest of the taxiway layout to be usable. A straight pushback option is offered when the parking IS connected, but the pushback preference has been set to "None".
