ADDON manager coming on while 737-800 in flight freezing progrme

I am at odds to know why after flying 45mins into flight from KLAS-KMEM the plane or program freezes then it say a critical error occurred with the couti?? shows on screen then it wants to shut down the program. Yet
using a 747-400-200 this does not happen what is causing this to shut the program any help would be appreciated

I'm not sure what you are reporting here. The thread subjects says something about the Addon Manager, then you say it's Couatl that crashes so, which one is really crashing ?

Do you have a Couatl.err file in your %APPDATA%\Virtuali folder ?

The pregame coming on my screen inflight says error occurred addon manager not responding. Microsoft flight simulator window will close

Have a look at the Windows Event Viewer, in the Application log, it will tell more details about the crash.
