Hello,
I am trying to figure out what I might be doing wrong. I am running Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I have excluded any folder that has to do with P3D from my antivirus scan.
I completely disable my antivirus while installing the Addon Manager.
I have installed the latest graphics driver for my GPU.
If I install the latest Addon Manager it causes P3Dv3.1 to crash to the desktop. If I uninstall it, P3Dv3.1 works perfectly. Then I reinstall the latest Addon Manager and P3Dv3.1 crashes to the desktop. Then I uninstall it and P3Dv3.1 works perfectly.
Actually it works so perfectly without it that I can pause in the middle of a flight and leave for several hours, then come back and finish my flight with no problem.
Then I reinstall the Addon Manager and P3Dv3.1 crashes to the desktop.
There is a very clear pattern here that suggests that the Addon Manager is not installing correctly, even though I am installing it as administrator with UAC turned completely off.
I have no FSDS airports installed right now, and GTX is uninstalled also, so it is only the Addon Manager that is causing the CTD every time it is installed.
What is happening? I own every beautiful FSDT airport that is available, plus GTX and I cannot install any of them because I can't get the Addon Manager to work at all.
Please help me. Below is the Windows Logs:
