Update for Javier Fernandez's USS Nimitz and Eisenhower

I have just found this French website

which says it has an update for Javier's amazing carrier add-on.  It says the original file was uploaded on 06-07-2009 (6 Juilliet 2009) and has been updated on 19-03-2013.  The file can be found at

The file name is V2 FSX SP2-A When I download the file from FlightSim.com the zipped file size is 121 Mb, but the file in Rikoo is only 61.7 Mo (I guess this is the Francais for Mb) so I am a bit puzzled by the difference in file sizes.

Can someone contact Javier and ask him to shed some light on the new download?  The text on the new site does not make clear what the new changes are.
