As I've said, the number of bags is related to the animations, which are fixed and cannot be controlled by a parameter. The only possible option might be having the baggage cars doing several trips, which has been discussed already as a possible new feature in a future version.

That is what i'm suggesting, that and adding the number of actual trailers, im not recommending more baggage on one car as I understanding that would be a animation issue.
