Let's answer that question with a question: Where is the demand for Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard?
In short, bring the numbers of people with the demand, and it may be considered or created. But a single consumer does not drive demand or dictate supply. You need to have a greater number of demand for the supply to be built.
Build the numbers, then bring the demand, then see what happens.

Agreed. This thread is the perfect example of learning the lessons of supply and demand (read: Economics 101), and the single "demander" has the gall to say that there isn't any intelligence here.
