P3D v3.2 and constant activations

(1/2) > >>

Hi there, i am running into an issue. I recently build a band spanking new setup. i installed P3D v3.2 and it went fine. As did all my add ons. However, every time i start P3D it wants to activate the scenery which it does successfully. But it does it every time. I downloaded the latest stand alone, but it still happens.

Any thought?

That's not normal. It looks like you are running the sim under a limited permissions account. Try run As Admin, at least once, and see if the activation stays.

I disables UAC and P3D is being run as ADMIN. (I checked it under Properties and Compatibility)

I ran into "Exceeded max activations" so expect emails from me :) for reactivation... Also, i updated to the latest stand alone, the coutl keeps crashing during P3D boot.

petakas:
On launching P3D I also got today a message that HARDWARE had been changed and I needed to REACTIVATE my products.
Why is this ?
I did not change anything.

When I go then to activate them with the serials I get a message that it is not possible to communicate with ESellerate.

What is happening ?

Win 10 as admin user
P3D 3.2.3
Internet connection is OK

Already explained here:

That's ANOTHER issue, which seems to indicate your firewall is blocking access to the activation servers so, you must either:

1) Disable any firewall/antivirus that might block online access to the activation server

OR

2) Try a web-based activation, which is the option that will be offered to you when the activation server cannot be contacted. This will use your browser, and Firewall/antivirus don't block browsers.
