Since this post wasn't able to generate any interest in FT's forum, I thought I'd try over here. I Just got word from Shez the other day that the future of Sun Sky Jet is uncertain because one half (I suppose he's referring to Ian) is innactive. Perhaps FSDT could reach out and offer to finish DTW and bring PHL to P3D for them? It'd be a shame to let their work go to waste.

Shez does this for fun, Umberto does it to make a living.  IF he were to finish DTW, it most likely wouldn't be freeware.

Yes I know, and I'm ok with that. Frankly, Ian and Shez should be charging money for the quality of their work. I have also donated money to them through their website.

Bruce Hamilton:
Personally, nothing Shez has released prior to PHL has been payware quality, and neither has anything he's released since.  I suspect Ian did most of the modeling on both PHL and DTW.

Correct, Ian was the main developer of those 2 sceneries. He's also the one who's "inactive" according to Shez. PHL was definitely payware quality and from the screenshots posted so far, so is DTW. It'd be a shame for DTW to go to waste and for PHL to not be brought up to P3D.
